What I do

I help teams turn ambiguous workflows into fast, trusted products. At Booking.com I’ve:

  • cut moderation review time with a redesigned Moderation UI tool

  • replaced dev tickets with a self-service localization rule builder

  • made policy look-ups quicker through a brand-aligned knowledge base

Side project? I revived Verto.sh, rebranding and rebuilding the UI so newcomers find their first open-source issue in minutes.

How I work

  • Identify the real issue through talks, interviews, and sketches.

  • Create easy-to-use tools that let non-technical users work quickly and enjoyably.

  • Release small updates, check results, and grow only if data shows success.

Backstory

I began on the frontline as Content Integrity and Transparency moderator, seeing first-hand how clunky internal tools slow people (and businesses) down.

Earned a UX Associates Degree with top marks, and multiple other certifications and certificates in the field of Design Thinking, User Interfaces, Visual Design, Digital Arts….

I have spent the last years at Booking.com improving both internal tools and customer-facing flows. Off-screen you’ll find me on a long bike ride, swimming, snorkeling, or travelling.

Let’s create products that make complex work feel effortless.
